Remodeling and Construction

In accordance with lease provisions, tenants considering remodeling and/or construction of their existing lease space must contact the Property Management Office prior to the start date of any activity. Contractors are required to abide by the construction rules and the building rules and regulations, provide a Certificate of Insurance, and sign the form acknowledging that he/she will enforce the construction rules on the jobsite. A copy of the construction rules, including the signature form, is included in the appendix to this manual, and the construction rules are also available electronically, upon request.
