Loading Dock and Freight Elevators

Loading Dock:

Two MacArthur Ridge has a 1-bay loading area to be used by trucks and vehicles making deliveries. The entrance to the loading dock is located on east side of the building. The entrance has a clearance height of 13′2″, which accommodates most delivery vehicles. For larger truck deliveries, please contact Security for assistance at (214)535.5737. Hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Other hours of use must be scheduled through the Property Management Office at (972)714-0499 or via email at yvonne.hernandez@hines.com. Hand deliveries are not accepted at the loading dock. 

Freight Elevators:

Two MacArthur Ridge is equipped with one (1) freight elevator. The elevator serves all 6 floors of the building.  The freight elevator is to be used for moving furniture and equipment, moving construction materials, and movement of personnel for construction or moving-related purposes. During regular building hours, the freight elevator  is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Floor protection is required to move items from the freight elevator through the main lobby.
